Meet our team

With a special interest in dental implants, Jacqueline was among the first cohort to complete the MSc in Implant Dentistry at the University of Warwick. She later became an Associate Clinical Teacher for the program, mentoring dentists across the UK. Additionally, she holds a masterclass title in facial aesthetics.
Jacqueline is passionate about smile design transformations and works with the best dental lab in America to achieve natural, beautiful results tailored to each patient. Her expertise in aesthetic dentistry allows her to create bespoke smiles that enhance both function and appearance.
She is also highly experienced in providing treatment under IV sedation, ensuring a comfortable and anxiety-free experience for patients. This technique is particularly beneficial for those with dental phobias, complex procedures, or a strong gag reflex. By administering carefully controlled intravenous sedation, she helps patients remain relaxed while still being responsive, making dental treatments more manageable and stress-free

Conan enjoys using minimally invasive techniques to carry out impressive smile transformations by combining short-term orthodontics, such as Invisalign, with the use of composite or ceramic veneers.
Aside from restoring smiles, Conan is highly-skilled in the removal of teeth and understands the anxiety patients face when having dental treatment done.
To put people at ease, he creates a relaxed environment and ensures all treatment is carried out pain-free.
Outside of the clinic, you’ll often find Conan at a concert, watching rugby or taking his dog, Coupar, out to relentlessly chase a ball.
If you have a dog, Conan wants to know about them too.

Awards
In December 2009 the practice was awarded Best Employer at the prestigious UK Private Dentistry Awards.
Following the successes in 2007, Fergus & Glover were delighted to win Best Practice (Scotland) at the 2008 Dentistry Awards.
After reaching the finals of the Private Dentistry Awards 2006 and 2007, Dentistry Awards 2006 and the Probe Awards in 2007, Fergus and Glover Dental Practice hit the jackpot in November 2007. In the Dentistry Awards 2007 at the Athena Arena in Leicester, the practice was awarded not only Best Scottish Practice Award but also the Award for Best Scottish Team. The team award recognises the outstanding contribution to patient care by all members of the dental team; front desk coordinators, dental assistants, practice manger, dental technicians, dental hygienists and of course also the partner and associate dentists.
Both clinical and non clinical team members participate in continuing professional development courses well above and beyond the minimum requirements laid down by the General Dental Council. Our senior dental assistants have additional qualifications allowing them to take dental x-rays, and they are trained to assist the dentists with all aspects of dentistry including sedation procedures.
As a practice team we aim to complement the highest standards of clinical care with unsurpassed levels of customer care. Every member of the team looks forward to welcoming every patient to our practice in the same way as we would welcome guests into our homes. If there is anything we can do to make your visit more pleasant then do not hesitate to ask.
